Ok, so in a recent post I laid out my daily routine and how it’s taken months (years!) to achieve and that I’ve finally found a groove and I’m happy and settled and all that jazz and… well, now I’m about to mess with it.
Call me crazy (crazy!) but after spending Saturday at a writer’s retreat, I’ve decided to challenge myself to being more consistent with my blog. A couple fellow writers shared their plan of action for maintaining their blogs while still saving time to write and I thought, “Hey, I can do that!”
(See? This is why you people should come with me to these things, so you can talk me down from the crazy tree before I climb it!)
So, the month of March will be an experiment. The goal being for me to set aside one day per week to write all the blog posts for that week, and another day for only reading other blogs (and hopefully expanding my knowledge of the writing and blogging world!) I don’t plan on changing my writing/editing routine, so I’m hoping that won’t be affected in any way. At least I hope so. (Fingers crossed!)
There you have it. My challenge is to gain a new routine of writing, editing AND blogging! We shall see how it goes. 😉
What about you? Do you have any suggestions for staying consistent on your blog? I’d love to hear your thoughts down below!
Happy reading, friends!
